Payments:
All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.
You agree to pay Iulian Cetanas Fine Art, through the payment processor, the full amount as charged.
If there are any problems or discrepancies with your order, you shall notify me within 5 days of receipt of your delivery via email to contact@iuliancetanas.com
Delivery:
Our online store uses standard prices for shipping depending on your location.
When your artwork has been shipped you will be sent an email notification of shipping that includes the delivery tracking number if applicable.
The shipping time depends on the chosen method and your location:
24-48h anywhere in Romania via courier.
7-14 working days to a country in Europe, via local post
7-21 working days to a country outside Europe, via local post
VAT & Import Duty:
All items for sale including commission are not subject to Value Added Tax. Payment of import duty may be liable in some countries, which is the sole responsibility of the client.
Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The artworks were delivered in the last 14 days
The artworks are in perfect conditions
The following goods cannot be returned:
The commissions made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any artwork that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
