2. What data we collect and how

We only collect data that you provide directly or that is technically necessary for the website to function:

• Contact / commission form — when you send a message or a commission request, we collect your name, e-mail address and the content of the message (including the details you share about the work you would like). The form is processed through Web3Forms.
• Newsletter subscription — if you subscribe, we collect your e-mail address (and, optionally, your name). The newsletter is managed through MailerLite.
• Technical data — the hosting server (Hostinger) automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and access time, necessary for the operation and security of the website.

3. Why we use the data and the legal basis

• To respond to messages and commission requests — basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• To send you the newsletter, if you subscribed — basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• For the operation and security of the website — basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protected (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate the website, acting as processors, each with its own privacy policy:

• Web3Forms — processing of form submissions;
• MailerLite — sending the newsletter;
• Hostinger — website hosting.

Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside Romania or the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer is carried out with the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).

5. How long we keep the data

• Messages and commission requests — for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting collaboration, plus a reasonable subsequent period for records and legal obligations.
• Newsletter e-mail address — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Technical data — for limited periods, in line with the hosting provider's practices.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• the right of access to your data;
• the right to rectification of inaccurate data;
• the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
• the right to restriction of processing;
• the right to data portability;
• the right to object to processing;
• the right to withdraw your consent at any time (for the newsletter), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

7. Cookies

This website uses a minimal number of cookies, strictly necessary for the pages to work correctly. We currently do not use analytics or marketing cookies and do not track visitor behaviour. If we add such tools in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent where required.

The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS), and access to data is limited to the purposes described above. We take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
